Trouble code PO405 for a ford ranger?

I recently had the check engine light turn on, and checked it and got the trouble code po405 (exhaust gas recirculation sensor a) im wondering if anyone has ever had this and what they did, or even an indication to where this sensor is located would be greatly appreciated.|||dont replace any parts yet do the proper diagonsis that letter A is telling you to go to flow of diagnosis chart A in the repair manuel|||P0405 exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit low..use diagnostic machine to turn code off.|||replace egr position/pressure sensor. its a common ford problem
